The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear sir/madam, I'm resident of MIG phase 2, tellapur. we are suffering with road blockages or puddle.we are unable to travel in this roads.due to this health issues' are raising back pain ,spinal cord injury ,problem to elder and pregnant personal not even travel on this road. I request for temporary repair's would be helpful. address of roads query ,tellapur road landmarks 360 degree, opposite side of bonasai apartment,joy school near pakka restaurant lane. urgent request with pleasing. Thankfully with many request of traveller.

Dear Sir,

Sub: Request to clean, Garbage of wooden trees near Balajinagar Kukatpally (at MIG 173 park wall) along with a dead stray dog body.

I am resident of Kukatpally, Balajinagar MIG 173.
In front of our home we have a park. After cutting the wooden trees, waste is dumping near to park wall.
This waste was lying more than one month. Mosquitos are developing from this waste. We are afraid of dengue fever spreaded in entire Hyderabad.

Today I saw some one dumped a dead body of a stray dog in this wooden waste. The dead body of dog started decomposing.
Few days ago when we requested GHMC cleaning people to clean this waste. They have not shown any interest to clean this wooden waste because the GHMC electricity people only cut the trees. They told that only electricity department responsible to clean this waste,
They cannot carry big tree branches in their rickshaw.

Hence I request GHMC authorities to take responsibility to clean this waste including dead body of STRAY DOG.

I,own a ownership 1BHK flat ,404,in Sobhana towers,with door no 3-5-83/65 I V.V.Nagar colony,kukatpally circle,Hyderabad with PIN:-1140301646,and paying full property tax though I kept it vacant for last 3 years for our personal use during our visit to Hyd once or twice in year for a short stay of 7 or 10 days.As was told that Govt/ GHMC passed orders. to collect property tax for vacant flats at 1/3 of normal rate,request GHMC property tax section to reduce my property tax for last3 years since2016 Jan and request to adjust the excess paid till 2018 against the property tax to be paid for 2019& 2020 under intimation to my res address in Goa or email:- suryaramakantaj@ rediffmail.com.Also request email of concerned incharge of property tax of Vivekanand Nagar colony,kukatpally area to send an official e mail requesting for reducing the property tax to 33% of normal charges as I kept the flat vacant for my short stay of few days in a year as I have been staying in Goa for last 30 years due to official assignment of my husband to Goa state

Also request GHMC authorities/ Govt of T.S& Hon minister concerned to issue necessary orders/ directions thro the concerned departments( GHMC reg property tax & Registrar of co-op housing societies reg maintenance charges for vacant flats also unjustifiably collected full by dictatorial co-op housing societies) to collect property tax at 1/3 rate with retrospective effect& even Co-op housing societies should charge nominal monthly maint charges at 25% or at 1/3 if the flat is kept vacant for more than 6 months and can charge full even if the flat is used for few days in a month for that month .This is very fair and justified and benefit many old people who kept flats vacant but paying high maint charges to building maintenance societies( some are regd and some not regd but direct members to pay full though vacant as vacant flats are only one or two and naturally all others ask to collect full maint charges even for vacant flats too exploiting the helplessness of the vacant flat owner.Govt should atleast come to the rescue of such kind of helpless old people being exploited by the monopoly& dictatorial rule of co-op housing societies as KCR&KTR are highly progressive and acting to redress all such kind of genuine public grievances in a very fair and justified manner

I am D.Sai kumar from Jawahar Nagar, Balajinagar Shivaji Nagar colony H.No.14-98/1 .we are suffering from mosquito problem, because of running drainage water coming out of open drainage and even drainage lane has damaged .Road has damaged due to which we can't take vechiles . past 3 to 4 months no one is taking care this place even workers of ghmc people won't come to our lane because of these damaged roads I have photos but unable to attached . Please send your related authority personal to solve ASAP.

I stay at Muradnagar opposite Al safa dairy shop lane beside Vijaya hospital...garbage trally is not comming regularly they are not collecting garbage daily ..At the month first days they r comming n asking 100 rupees ...from each houses ...please take an action ...to regulate them

Beside lemon ???? market Hyderabad The transportation medium such as car and bikes are commonly used now. So, keeping in view the number of vehicles increment in a city, the designation and space should be enough to avoid inconvenience and traffic jam. Especially, in the case of visitors from other cities, proper car parking must be available. Otherwise, people opt not to visit such areas or cities in future. The residential areas must be designed to give enough parking to the residents as well as their guests. Often it is seen that people do illegal parking in prohibited areas. If any illegal parking is creating trouble to the surrounding people, a complaint must be done.

Sir,
I am staying at House no.29-1427/133, Street No.4, East Kaatiyanagar, Netaji marg, Near Gowrishankar Apartments, Neredmet, Hyderabad-500056.
My adjacent Plot which is vacant since so many years and lot of Trees are grown up and the garbage is getting dumped in the vacant plot daily creating lot of Mosquitoes menace is croping updue to this Garbage and trees in the vacant plot. The owner of the plot is not at all responding to our calls.
The above situation may also generate Mosquito enumerously and Dengue may pile up in the colony.
It is my humble request with the GHMC authorities to act upon immediately and take remedies to curtail the mosquito menace on war foot basis.
Your immediate action on this is highly appreciable as city is influencing various Viral fevers.
