The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

In Gachibowli area road near KIDZEE school are not having asphalted not concreted. this cause very inconvenience to children and their parents. Also other roads road no 3, 4 needs to be repaired urgently. There is heavy Traffic on road along Prerana Waldraf shcool . Kindly plan to have ONEWAY to avoid traffic Jam, Also there is know convenient crossing for pedestrians

Of late the van who collects the waste from each house in Avulamanda,Vivekananda street,Secunderabad area is not coming daily.
He complains that he cannot come daily but only alternate days as he is falling sick if he collects the waste daily basis.
The contractor may be instructed suitably.

Sir We stay in BP RAju Marg, White field complex, Kondapur adjacent line to Ratnadeep Kothaguda.
The street lights are not put on every day. People from nearby liquor shops take advantage of the darkness and utilizing the pavements as open bars and every day throw liquor bottles and other related stuff. Added to it the young couples take their two wheelers and use the road as public park
creating nuisance to the Ratnadeep buyers as well as residents in this street. Kindly instruct the concerned to take action.

Hi Sir,

Iam Ramesh in my area cats are creating nuisance as they are almost 20-25 cats and 10-12 kittens every day when we get up they shit on my terrace nor open place in front of my home. This may cause health issues, I kindly request you to look in to this matter

Sub: Request to stop the Illegal construction with no setbacks, and road encroachment Reg:

I am bringing this to your kind notice that illegal construction made by Narsing rao between both the houses of Ho no 1-4-27/72/8 and H No 1-4-27/72/11 .situated at Padmashalli colony Gandhi nagar Hyderabad 500080 which comes under Circle -15 opposite to Sai Restaurant and Bar Lane it is submitted that my they encroached the road as well as the common area for walking and making construction without any permission, and without any proper tittle Deed.
We the locality have asked to stopped the work but, the occupied owner & his henchmen have raised the pillars andy put a Slab on it

Therefore, i humbly request you to kindly intervene in the matter and stop the illegal construction and verify his documents and mark his plot & demolish the part which is extended by him.

Road no 3, Indraprastha colony phase ii, the extended road of this is blocked by an unknown person. He is using it for his personal purpose, built a godown in unauthorised place, medium to heavy vehicles keep passing through the residential street causing danger. Please relive us of this nuisance and let us live in a peaceful atmosphere. A written Complaint already lodged in last oct, through mail and through app. No response till now. The residents association doesn't want to take up the issue.

I am from kompally,Devender colony inside Aparna palm grove. 80 families suffering with water scarcity as electrical motor is under repair from past 10days. No municipal water has arrived from past 10days. Municipal people are not taking any steps to address this problem. Please consider our problem and address water problem at the earliest.

Respected Sir,
Many people constructing houses illegally with out proper approval of the GHMC authorities in Ayyappa Society, Jubilee hill Hyderabad. One my neighour G.V.V.Satyanarayana Site owner has built 4 storied building without proper approvals. Kindly look into the matter and necessary action may be initiated against him. So that other people will get lesson what is power of GHMC in the State of Telangana. Thank you

Hi sir.
Am resident of mahankalinagar, shamshiguda. Kukatpally. In our area the drainage clean had done but they left the dump and all on the road. It makes poul smell and all the people health will effect please take a Nessesary action .

Sir We r residents of 1-10-10 Road No.2 B Dwarakapuram,Dilsukhnagar Hyderabad 500060.municipal drainage outside the house is full and blocked,it needs immediate cleaning and pumping.other residents in the street are complaining due to foul smell and water leakage from the drainage.kindly register our complaint and send people for immediate drainage clearance.

hello,we stay at jyothi nagar,north lalaguda,malkajgiri.
there is a big wide open drainage since many years.during rainy season it gets filled up and drains into our houses.it even causes hell of smell and many mosquitos and flies have ruined our lives.we are facing lots of health issues .kindly react to this and save our lives.
