GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

I have complained for street light not working at Shiva Nagar Colony, Pillar no 155,Hyderguda.
The complaint has been attended immediately and rectified. GHMC prompt and timely work with great response by the staff and concern AE/AEE.

Dear Sir,

We are staying in Leelanagar, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Daily we are finding more no of Monkeys in our area walls, gates and in trees.

We are finding very difficult to come out.

Please take them in to your custody safely and help us.

We stay at 1-4-252, Road no.7, East NewMaruthinagar, Kothapet, Hyderabad-35. Many persons are throwing garbage bags opposite our house in open place. Today dead body of a dog/pig was thrown on the road which is giving foul smell since morning. Please arrange to solve this problem immediately.

GARBAGE COLLECTION IRREGULAR

Dear Sir, This is to bring your notice of irregular collection of house hold garbage at yadamma Nagar,Alwal and they are very prompt and demanding to pay Rs 70.00 per Month with no Satisfactory work. This has been happening since many months.Please take action in this regard and confirm how much really have to pay monthly to collect the garbage.

Respected Sir,
We (Y.Shakuntala, SubbaRao Naidu,Prakas and Eshwaramma) would like to bring it to your kind notice the ongoing issue with regard to encroachment of the road of Sai Nagar Colony Tukaram Gate Near Prasanna Venkateshwara temple Lane, Secunderabad. Some of the people who are non-residence came with lawyer to our area to occupy the road which is situated north side of 20ft road whose house number is 10-5-781/1/A/1 located at.
This North side road is a 40 yrs old road and it contains a drinking water pipeline& Drainage pipeline with 5 manholes for entire colony and constructed by GHMC. This road is a residential and busy with all the people & their transport. Municipal commissioner was already authorized this road and it was also present in our area layout.
We are from senior citizens of the colony and spend our time submit a complaint on person/s to the town planning officer with all above mentioned evidence at Secunderabad GHMC office .
Requesting you to please take an action as early as possible, because the layer warned us that if there is no action from the colony people after 4 months then the wall will be constructed and road to be closed completely.

I feel that it's my responsibility since I am Citizen of Hyderabad.

This is to bring to your kind notice Illegal construction of footpath occupied road space chances of accidents at blunt turn five storied building didnt keep parking space in ground floor for 5 storied building in fact occupied ground fllor to offical space
No compound wall no set back no safety building might collaspe any time .many time kept complaint but no action has been taken till now owner name sridar kindly take immediate action .land Mark property opposite to shum's the school street number 6 . p.s nagar colony masab tank

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that there is a Footpath Encroach at Bhole Saheb Maktha road near Komati Ramesh Kirana Shop as i seen a new bandi on the footpath which is illegally tied with a chain to electricity pole, as it is inconvenient to the people to walk.
kindly take immediate action by removing the bandi from said place. If not removed early, we may see many bandis like this on footpath. So, take necessary action as early as possible.

This is to bring to your kind notice that There is lots of Footpath Encroach at Abids Road opp to Olympia Hotel beside AIRTEL Office at Lenaine Estate and it is inconvenient to the commercial people and to schools kids as the area parked with CARS illegally and bounded with commercial persons, kindly depute sports persons to help to solve the problems for the smooth run to the common public and to the schools kids.

This is Raja ,from near canera bank park,Gandhinagar,rtc cross roads.there is one illegal tifin hotel which is proving adulteration food causing food possion .soo please take serious actions and evict them from public park .so I hope u will take the action on them.thanking you sir

there is lots of FoothPath Encrocher in Mehdipatnam
Residential Area Near Jayabushan Hospital to Chennai Shopping Mall and around St.Anns College
Due to this hawkers the pedistrain couldn't walk on the foothpath and Incident Happens.the Area GHMC and traffic police ignoring this matter for some Reason
i request ot pls remove the foothpath Hawker and make convinent for pedistrain
