The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Sir. There is a frequent drinage block on the back side of SBI branch bhavaninagar dilsukhnagar, H.No.13-6-71 & 71/1 it is a SBI Bank building, the drinage block on the back side lane and the drain water comes into the cellar of the SBI bldg it is an apartment (Gayathri Prestige). It is very frequently the drinage blcok and the drain water in the cellar gives very bad smell and we are unable to enter the cellar to go to the residential blcok. Kindly instruct the concerned to see for a permanent solution to resolve the issue at the earliest.

Respected sir.
I would like to bring it to your kind notice the ongoing issue with regard to encroachment on public ground near Arundhati colony bridge , Uppaguda . We have raised a complaint with Ghmc officials and got very futile response . Looks like Ghmc is closely encouraging the land grabbers , they are planning to built a community hall on that . Which is creating discomfort to all those morning walkers , old people who come for a fresh air , and all those young people who come to play . They are wrongfully and illegally raising this structure without proper permissions . As a law abiding citizen I want to safeguard this property and protect it from the encroachers . That is the main intention to bring forward this petition to you . Kindly pursue the matter and take stringent action on the miscreants . Awaiting for your response and thanking you in anticipation .

Respected sir, The drainage water is overflowing from manhole since 24 hours, lot of inconvenience
and bad smell to school children , puiblic who are passing nearby, near Danamma huts, Abdullah Masjid , Owais Hills,

I am the resident Of kavadiguda opp. Petrol bunk, near house no. 1-3-879, It is to inform you that a tree which is very old has become weak and is breaking from the main branch connected with many small branches is ready to fall any day or any time, its being a rainy season i would request you to come have a visit at the tree and take the necessary action immediately before any hazardous thing could happen. Always many people will be passing through the tree, so i kindly request you to take the neccesary action as soon as possible. Hoping for a good reponse from your side.

We request to action on hotel hassain hotel opposite princess dureshewar hospital i already request to put exhuast fan his usingchinees food counter we all are facing lot of problem for chilli smoke very dirty mangement There is a hospital nearby which worsens the problems. It is getting impossible to walk in the streets.

There is dirty drain and sewage water collected in inovies street, Patrika Nagar, Madhapur. The water accumulates irrespective of rains. There is a hospital nearby which worsens the problems. It is getting impossible to walk in the streets.

This is to bring to your kind notice regarding the location of a fabrication unit in Road No.8, Snehapuri colony, Nagole, which is creating lot of health hazardous pollution to the residents surrounding the unit. Recently my wife has undergone surgery due to respiratory and allergic problems. The unbearable smell coming out of welding and painting activities is aggravating our health problem. Also the painting and welding related jobs causing lot of damage to our valuable items like cars due to spreading of tiny spray paint particles. Due to to health issues such as allergy, cough, cold, vomiting, which are worsening due to noise, smell and paint, we request to initiate in stooping the activity with immediate effect.

Location of Fabrication unit: Road No.8, Snehapuri colony, Opposite colony internal bus stop road, Nagole, Hyderabad - 500035.

Three days back ghmc persons came and break the drainage pipes the drainage water may comes in my home we are facing lot of problems and getting very bad smell still the problem not resolved even if we use bore that ground water also polluted. Please take immediate action sir.

GHMC has to take serious action regarding a functions halls, Daily we are facing lot a probluem with this halls,
Alfha function surya nagar colony seven tombs road tolichowki, we are getting lot of distruence roads blocking, and there are blocking the opposite line while parking their vehicles on the road.
bursting a crackers and music band from night 11;00pm to morning 2:30 or 03:00am 12"o clock police comes for rounds at that time for 5 minutes their are stoping the music after 5minutes again their are starting the music. full of noise .
night times we can not able to sleep due to this noises after getting a tied from the offices. pleace take a serious action on this hall please. hyderabad - 500008

Dear Sir,

The lady who collects garbage feom Vanasthalipuram, road no 20 W, sf colony, house no 6-5-452 is not picking up the garbage.

My garbage keeps lying for 3 to 4 days unpicked and it gives bad smell.
I have told her several times to pick the garbage on time.

Please instruct or change the person to have garbage picked.
