GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Good evening sir I m staying at narayanguda rajmohalla Reddy colony in our colony garbage collection is a big issue, GHMC garbage collection personal are not attending since 10 days . please look into the matter and do the needful

Dear sir , we are from narayanguda , concerned garbage collector is not coming to collect the waste since ten days , please look after the matter , no other place to dispose the house hold waste at our residence ..

Sir I'm resident of Kphb colony, kukatpally. We are living in Lig flats and problem is that we stay in 1st floor and the person who residing in 2nd floor their drainage water and rain water will fall directly into our house.The Owner and tenant of that house they are not responding to our problem and we raised a complaint in Ghmc kukatpally office in 2015 and 2016.We are continuously raising complaints about this issue and at last this Ghmc people they responded in September, 2018 and gave 3 notices to us and them to vacate the house as the building is very weak and in a situation so that it may collapse at any time so they said to vacate and they said to construct this house newly to solve this problem. We vacated our house in September 2018 and the people in 2nd floor they didn't vacate the house and they gave some amount and these Ghmc people remained silent. Now we are chasing these Ghmc people to solve this problem and they are not even responding to our people. We are living in rented house paying 10k per month from last 9 months leaving our house and can you help with this. I have all the notices given by Ghmc people and present they are not responding to our problem.Can anyone from Ghmc department is there to call me on my number 6300488639.I will explain this problem very detailedly

Sir we live at Bandlaguda maildavipally Ahmed nagar colony Back side of Anmol Garden we are facing so many problem like a Garbage will is not coming to pickup garbage and some many industries are their are distrub with their production sound pollution and the same water problem also were are facing , Street light problem also no one i responding problem i was informed area corporate also and Leader also this pepole are not taking and neccessary action kindly i am inform you to take the action

Shastripuram Colony, Shivrampalli. Situation is becoming worst day by day, GHMC officials are not giving any response to our online complaints, Anjaneylu, Yesu, Narsing, Area Supervisor Madam Padma is not even answering the phone. Kindly arrange a responsible official to visit the place and provide you the proper survey report. to the department,there are lot of things like No sweeping, No drain Maintanance, Situation Becomes worst. 8179954292

I have given a complaint earlier regarding garbage collection which was left the cutted branches by electric department at rk puram ,rd no.6,opp to post office everyone r throwing the waste things on road side plz as early as possible send a vehicle and clear the garbage

I am a new resident to srikrishna nagar locality and heard GHMC people are collecting 70rps to take the garbage. Is that real? Because I heard people were not at all charged for this shit in other areas. Why do we need to pay 70rps and why it's mandatory? We used to throw the garbage in near by GHMC provided trash boxes but few people came and informed to pay 70rps monthly for it. And also why the customer support number is not working? If you don't really want to help the people Regarding their queries then don't ever mention contact number in website. it's really waste of our time.
