The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Concern,

As the Telangana Govt removed parking charges in Hyd twin cities but still people collecting charges.

Today i have visited to take Rabis doce injuction at Institute of preventive Medicine public health Laboratories,Naryanaguda

People forceable collecting parking charges and tell thay have tendor tome for next 2 months.

I am from surya colony kalasguda bollarum bazar plat: 51 our neighbour open apartment builder plate:58 illicit, unauthorized construction an his apartment the existing apartment is about 5 floors height permissible as per GHMC but he is contracting, his building existing flat owner as he has occupied in our land which we living near 60 yr past .that time we leave 4 feet of area but they are not leaving any gap between will as the parts of a building which cover my House will .we are facing problem which water wear come in the house our .so we request to stop his constriction
please kindly take any action on him

I am a resident of Chanakyapuri safilguda. Some residents in our colony throw the waste in the railway compound and do not give it to the waste collection person. The dogs in the area drag al the trash on the roads. Kindly do the needful.

Hi sir, my building named prime of paramount address: 8-1-398/pm/363/364, Hakeempet, paramount colony, is suffering from neighbour's drainage and wastage water flowing from her building to our cellar since last 2 months. She is not only deliberately releasing it but also closing all raindrop holes in cellar with cement n not allowing us to clean the drainage water. We have tried to solved the problem by discussion with her n we were ready to take care of her drainage water as well but she is not ready to accept it. Now the cellar is full of drainage and wastage water which creates lot of diseases n smelling very badly. Kids are getting effected n became sick.
Request you to kindly look into the matter n resolve the problem on the priority basis.

I'm a resident of 3rd street, Radha Krishna Nagar, Malkajgiri. We got new roads laid in our street in August 2018 but there is not one speed breaker in the entire lane. People are driving their vehicles at very high speed in the lane which can be extremely dangerous for the residents who are walking in the street. Can some action be taken at the earliest? When I reported this to the colony welfare association, they suggested me to get the speed breakers by myself.

I'm a resident of 3rd street, Radha Krishna Nagar, Malkajgiri. We have serious problems with mosquitoes and stray dogs. We don't have municipality staff visiting the streets every week to spray mosquito prevention medicine at every house. No steps are being taken in our area to get rid of mosquitoes. We see increasing number of stray dogs in our area but no one is taking any action. Please do the needful.

While majortiy of the Malls in the city are not collecting parking fee for the vehicles, Lifestyle building in begumpet and the Whitehouse bulding next to it are still looting parking fee from us. Lifestyle building collects 30 rupees for a four-wheeler. Kindly look in to this matter.

I live on the Prashant Nagar street near Shivam temple. On my street (adjacent to the water tank) we have a lot of debris and a broken down car for the last five years. It has not been cleared and people from far and near are throwing garbage here. Passers by also urinate on the street and refuse to listen. Occasionally they try to argue and also get down to fight the residents. We request you to inspect the area and get rid of the car and employ a guard to ensure urination is stopped. Residents are getting infected with the flies and mosquitoes from the garbage and urine.

We are facing drainage blockage and overflowing since 2 months, and we don't have any proper response. Asst. Engineer- SIDDIQUI Comes and takes pictures, and act as they are working till they take pictures and leave immediately without finishing work. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT'S and they ask us to provide equipment's. His contact number is 7995085347.

He says " I DON'T HAVE ANY EQUIPMENT'S..WHERE SHOULD I GET THEM FROM? " and says " GET YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT'S FOR THE WORK TO BE DONE!."

People are suffering from many Diseases like malaria.

Please take some action against this. There is no proper response from MR. Siddiqui.

Sir,
This is about loss of revenue to the GHMC from Gowlipura gim. Every day more than 40 persons make use of the Gim but hardly ten persons pay the fee of Rs. 200/- this is due to collusion between the staff of GHMC as they pocket the fees. Kindly look into the matter.

Plot no.46,road no.15, Saraswati Nagar colony,chintalkunta..no one is coming to our house since 1 month to take the dust filled..Once I asked driver of ghmc van and he took 200rs and went away...only one the day of taking money only he comes and takes 200 rs..is this the way they behave.??the vehicle number is TS 08 UA 7283..
