Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Sir
I am residing in Shiva Residency situated in Road No,10,Lane No.2,Nehru nagar,west maredpally,near Kasturba Gandhi Womens Degree & PG college.In front of our building H.No.10-1-5/3/C, water i.e.,either sewage leakage or road washing by neibours or rain water stagnated permanently and causing much inconvenience while going out /entry into building.It may become breeding location for musquitoes etc.Sir you are requested to look into the matter seriously and do needfull.

Dear Sir, My name is satyanand. Am from HimayatNagar street no - 5. Here people are scared to come out of house since 5 months. There are lot of monkeys and cats roaming around and entering houses. These animals are uncontrollable and causing injuries to people. Request concern govt. department to look into this issue ASAP before turning out more serious.

Hello sir, iam Rakesh resident of Lakshmi nagar,allapur,borabanda, Hyderabad-18 suffering from drainage leakage.Thia is not only first time every time it happens when heavy rainfall occurs and the drainage flows like floods people from here can't even go outside.So please I request you to take immediately as soon as possible.Thank you.

Hello Sir, There a construction going on in DKROAD, Ameerpet. They are a old house till midnight 12 pm with a bulldozer. Thus is causing lot of disturbance to elderly people and kids. This is just behind Ex CM house. Who is giving these kind of permission I'm heart of city

Dear sir i vennela residing in suraram colony near zilla parishat school we don’t have street lights properly in our colony facing many problems in the night time while going out in the night times and roads were not really good all the rain water is stagnating in front of our gates as well as on the roads even the sweepers also not taking the dump and not at all cleaning the streets well ..so ,please do concern on us sir ..

Sir/ Madam,
We are leaving in Madhavnagar miyapur.
There is a construction building which is not according to the GHMC Norms. There is no gap between one building to another building and also enchroched the road which is the corner.
Please kindly consider this complaint and take necessary action.

Dear commissioner sir,
Please get a SPEED BREAKER constructed infront of Sandhya hotel, Lakdi Ka Pul, to arrest the speed of the vehicles coming from Khairatabad & Masab Tank sides towards Telephone Bhawan. It is extremely difficult to cross the road. Pl look into the issue IMMEDIATELY to avoid any damage takes place.

dear sir,I am resident of Sai Chandra residency ,machha Bolarum,despite my repeated complains to your office,my neighbours have not corrected there kitchen chimney hose which is extended to wards my flat No.401 emitting smoke at my entrance,also they are keeping open waste bins at corridors permanently stinking allover.I made an intial request to my president Mr.Muthyam Reddy who is also the landlord,he released a circular to this effect,but there were results,there was no follow up.I also visited your sanitation deptt. at alwal circle,as per incharge our society is much powerful than municipal authy.they ofcourse visited once met the president and remarked as complain genuine on my application but my neighbour was not even warned or given a notice on the subject matter,Iam a law abiding citizen and do believe in our system I am also scared because there had been two such fighting cases in my building and under judicial process,to avoid all theses difficulties I am looking for your suggestion on the matter,
