The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Removal of dustbin
We already said many time to ghmc workers to remove the dustbin and it was not removed. GHMC worker only dumps all the trash into the dustbin and it’s making lots of foul smell and mosquitoes... hope this can be taken care.

Water Pipes were unloaded alogside the colony lane in Neerajacolony,Tolichowiki for some work nearly 2 months back. But the work has not started yet ,pipes are blocking the road . Can GHMC bother about public inconvenience? Unless public give a complaint GHMC cannot solve the issue on its own.

Iam resident of Papireddy nagar, Jagadgirigutta kukatpally the street dogs in our area are really trouble some , chasing the moving bikes and leading to injuries, entering to houses and causing trouble.

Request you to take proper action as soon as possible.

Sir, we live in 1st lane, Jagruthi Colony, Kondapur. It is near to 8th Police Battalion. Drainage became big headache for us. Always it overflows due to some engineering issues. Lodged many complaints in GHMC App but they just close it. Always they show some temporary resolution but not permanent. Out street became so ugly with drainage over flow. I request you to look into the issue and show us a permanent resolution. You can contact me on 9985902779.

Drainage water is following from 1 months at Road no:45, Jubilee Hills. No one giving response. General Public is facing continue problems with Bad Drainage Following water. WE WILL PUT LETTERS AGAINS GMR OR GHMC PEOPLE if no one from GMR or GHMC give response. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND GIVE IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.

Garbage people are not coming regularly. They are coming weekly once and they charge each house rupees 70 for taking garbage. Sir this is from panigiri colony chaitanya puri dilsuknagar area the fogging vehicle came few days before to this area but fogging was not done properly the vehicle with fast speed and fogging smoke is low density

Sir this fogging is only to show records not for eradication. We are suffering with mosquioto problem.so many people are suffering with fever etc.pl.arrange proper fogging and eradicate the mosquitose
