The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Iam at aravindnagar, domalguda, near ganeah temple...
We r facing big problem with drainage here... Very oftenly affected from that drainage here...
From last three days, we can't even cross the road here...

Respected Honorable Sir ,

I am a resident of Bathkamakunta - Baghamberpet to my surprise pack of 10/ 15 stray dog's are aggressively roaming and due to their fight with in them for every 2 days a dog dies, every school going kid, infants, and elders are afraid off, as well monsoon started is the concern of getting disease and viral infections, my request u to take necessary quick action understanding this urge as soon as.

I am a resident of Santosh colony RK Puram Secunderabad, As I want to raise a complaint about the pigs behind my house they make the place very dirty due to which there are lot of mosquitoes it is causing us the inconvenience and we have 2months old Baby is at my Home and it would be really helpful if you could take care of this query

Government had said not to dig the land in the rainy season but in our area they had digging from today onwards i.e mangapuram colony meerpet opp:venkateshwara swammy temple back side .they are telling that next to our area they complained about some problem they are trying to remove drainage system which running properly
Please respone immediately... Try to solve the problem as soon as posiible.we can't effort money once again to repair infront of our houses.

I'm student staying in gachibowli,I stay at" next gen exicutive men's hostel indiranagar,instead of they have to provide correct food of us but they are proving us spoil food,please take serious action on this "next gen exicutive men's hostel"

Throwing of garbage in the open plot just beside my compound wall which is causing too much of polution mosquitoes, flies, rats dogs & smelly breeze many a times i spent my own money to clean up the place but how long so pls arrange & take strict action on these people to avoid such irresponsible attitudes

We are from north west huda Nallagandla
Back to Lakshmi Vihar colony phase 1.we are suffering with drainage water stagnation in our plots nearly 40 plots drowned in the drainage water.which is coming from Narayana college, hostel,Adithya Eden apartments and all around the huda etc areas.rain water flows towards our houses and plots.we are requesting Ghmc since 4years till now no action has taken we are suffering with mosquitoes in lakhs and fevers all health problems.kindly respond and help to connect into the adjacent colony drainage line.

no body will take action as i made complaint at our ward office (Golconda) before 10 days until today nobody came to clean. i went to office 3 times. no GHMC staff is serious in their job. GHMC is providing worst service in Hyderabad. GHMC top officials are saying that GHMC is providing good service to citizens. they are making themselves fools or making public fool.

Sirr...we are the residents of ramanthapur Uppal...We are facing the problem with the garbage person who had taken the monthly money and not taking the garbage from homes...we had warned him but yet he isn't turning up...If the same continues then the whole garbage will be on the roads...so please take an immediate action against them...
