Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Sir we are staying in Ramnagar Musheerabad area, in our area so many people are constructing house without planning for veichle parking instead they are encroaching roads. Kindly look into the matter This is near house no 1-7-913/12 Ramnagar Hyderabad, near St. Pious girls school, this us causing so much of inconvenience all the area people. Kindly please take necessary action immediately as they are ready to put slab.

This is regarding Road side Chicken Shops on Manjeera Pipeline road Hafeezpet.....every Sunday these people come and put their shops on every 200 meters in this road.....they are illegal and creating unpleasing environment for the people living nearby ....adding to health problems as they leave behind the waste....
Pls take immediate action.

Mutation bribing cost in GHMC Khairatabad is 6000/- (Staff is directly asking, on line system is not working)

Employee directly asks for bribe, if not they are keep on postponing the work.

Is it mandatory to pay the BRIBE to complete mutation work in GHMC.

we the resident of SRI LB GANESH RESIDENCY are facing problem with the uneducated people around. they are burning the left over plastic and other waste causing hazardous and toxic smoke to our environment and our houses are full of smoke due to which we are falling ill very frequently.we expect you to stop this environment pollution .

Hello,

Issue is Heavy water outage at ShilpaPark, kondapur through out the road strect from the start to end.

Called 155313 and they have accepted the complaint. Made several calls and must tell that shame on GHMC, when its a water outage , no matter what field they are in, they themselves could communicate to the concerned branch officers. Instead they were telling me to do, which was unexpected.

Please look into the issue and recover it ASAP so that water would not be wasted.

Hello,

Hat's off to Ghmc. I really appreciate the quick response and very good service provided to us.I am the resident of macha bollarum, Secunderabad.we are facing problem with pigs in our colony since 3 years.As soon as we complained regarding this with in couple of days people have come from Ghmc and resolved the issue.We really thankful for the appropriate service.

Manhole is leaking and overflowing continuously since one week from 07.10.2017 before our Site office, Aparna Serene Park, emanating bad smell creating lot of inconvenience to public and a health hazard.Arrange to rectify immediately.
