The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear sir,
My complaint is regarding of drainage connection.I don't have drainage line so we connect home drain line in barsati nala so when ever nala line get chock water get back to my home so every time we have to clear that nala line so I request you to sir pls issue the line thank you

Sir I'm resident of Mohan nagar zamistanpur post office there is a drainage leakage since three days all r affected with malaria and dengue no corporator is coming and witnessing the road please help us from this we are unable to bear the smell

Dear Sir,

Please take a note that the drainage is leaking beside my apartment and the same was fluding in to our cellar. it is very deficulty to move over there. Since a week we r aproching it local persons but there is no response. Kindly look into the issue and do the needful.

Respected sir,
we are living near saroornagar last bus stop and opp to mahalakshmi temple.People are dumping wasteage at my residence at a public place i.e saroornagar last bus stop, attached to my home wall.No action taken by GHMC road cleaners since 3 days.Public standing near bus stop are facing bad smell. It produces bacteria which makes people ill.Kindly look attached photos for your reference and take appropriate action on it.one more request ,Grievance no C357577 regarding complaint against drainage ,some days before the manhole in front of my home damaged by GHMC road makers dambur truck they are not taken any action.A.E gave his no but did not lift (9000115164) .The water is standing in that area and producing mosquitoes which is causing us health problems.Could you please take appropriate action on it.

From Sagar Complex to Turkamjal,Hyderabad,Telangana there are Street lights but not working from past 6 Months.In the well developed government I dont think we are not in a village ,this need to be taken as priority and do needful for the public

I, R.Devender , President of Tulasiramnagar Colony, Would like to submit few lines for your kind consideration that, since 3 months our colony people are suffering with Drainage lane problem. As the contractor has closed all drainage lanes without giving any way to flow the drain water. many appeals has given to Higher officials and they visited physically and given assurance they will clear the problem, but till today no progress of work is in process. In this regard i request the kind authorities to order concern department to clear said drainage problem. For which i shall be ever greatful to you sir.

I have been complaining that the GHMC town planing staff with the connivance of the owner of building No. 4-1- 917 have stated false data of road width and have obtained permission for construction extra floor.
It is over a year since my RTI application reply has not received though the Central Zone, Zonal Commissioner Central Zone has passed orders months back to provide me with the information
