Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Respected Sir,

I am the resident of 2-12/2,chanda Nagar, near to vijaya raghava apptmnt, bichareddy lane, Hyderabad - it is to bring to kind notice that the we are facing hardships due to the Dog-nuisense, around 25 to 30 street Dogs, wander in the by lanes and bite commuters of the area and further due to the barking of the dogs in the nights creating sleepless nights to the all the residence . I request your goodself to take immediate action and safe the residence from the Dog-menace.

Sir...
I am resident of MIG, 7th phase road KPHB near foot over bridge. Our garbage collector collects garbage alternate day and takes holiday on sunday.. it means in a week, he comes hardly 3 times. When i question him about it, he doesnot even care to answer my question. But he collects rs.50 for whole month. Please let me know whom to contact to address the issue.

In Phanigri colony Rd no 53, H,No.1-5-503, Stabary school, cut TWO TREES and on 2nd AUG.2017 at 2.30pm burned that material. That leed to breathing problem about 3 to 4 hours and smoke spread total area. Also in the neighbor house damage to car cover and black smoke to the walls. Pl. take action on this issue.

Dear Sir,

In our Area i.e, Ashok Enclave, Plot No. 111, opp.side, Kapra- 500062, The street lights are not working since from a Month, adjusant their is a Chandrapuri park, Robbering is happening in the night time, several thefts happening. I have given complaint no response.
I request some body should take action.

Hello Sir,
There is a lot of garbage and no proper sweeping service in street 1, Kushaiguda bus stop due to which abundant mosquitos are in found in these places. Please take necessary action immediately to prevent diseases to localites.

This is to inform you that just round the corner a cigrette vendor, food centre Pani puri centre has openned up a stall due to which there is always a crowd gathered which creates problems for the commuters. Also the employees are raising issues against the smoke.
Kindly look into the issue and take appropriate action.

Sir, it is compliant about on H.No: 4-7-735 in Koti, Esamiya Bazar, Neat Victory Play Ground. Sir this is very old age building & it is so many times repaired. It will collapse any time. Two families staying in this and it is middle on street road. If it will collapse something is going to happened to surrounding people. So please take action as soon as possible. Please take action and save inside families and surrounding people. So many times i suggested to that house owner but he didn't listen till now that's why I am choosing this step. Sir once you check entire that house. Many vehicles running in that street. That house is shaking while big vehicles going time and if any drilling time, raining water also comes inside from roofs while raining time. Please consider my request.

I am the resident of 2-20-4/1/19, Adarsh Nagar, Chilka Nagar, Hyderabab - it is to bring to kind notice that the residence of the Adarsh Nagar, Maharaja Encluve Lane No.4 are facing hardships due to the Dog-Menace, around 80 to 100 street Dogs, wander in the by lanes and bite commuters of the area and further due to the barking of the dogs in the nights creating sleepless nights to the all the residence in this regard the residence brought to the notice to the local GHMC people, but it was of no use. I request your goodself to take immediate action and safe the residence from the Dog-menace.

sir, road no 12 banjara hills lo century hospital pakkana vunna grave yard ( samasanam ) is with full of trees upto last 15 days. from 15 days alll the trees were cutted and a small road was laid inside the smasanam from small gate. what is the matter . you ghmc authorities gave the grave yard for development or is it a kabja by any body. instead of making them usefull to the common people you are giving them to bldg developments means it is showing your negligence of your duties or lanchalu teesukuni vodilaesaara.

Dear sir,

This is my house number 18-7-316/32 Rangeli khidki yakutpura in my street the road are very bad condition nobody taken a action so many complaint to ghmc office didn't take a action about the complaint so kindly requesting to you repair the road.. the llast work of road at my street 10 years ago..

Street light i front of our house and also mud swept and kept near footpath hindering free flow of strom water. Please take immediate action to replace new bulb and also removing heel of mud near the foot path
