The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website www.ghmc.gov.in, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that in my area lot of Street dogs are disturbing in day/nights & biting to small children and while traveling ng in the night the street dogs are trying to catch the riders, due to which rider are fallen down N receives severe injuries over body. Hence i request you kindly take it has serious issue resolve the problem.

Sir, Drinking water pipe line 3" is existing iron from house h.no.3-5/20/A srinu house to h.no.3-5/15 laxman house and also sub lines besides Renuakka Yellamma Temple of Bharat Nagar Colony,Ramanthapur. Were as the number of water connection is more. Kindly replace the pipe line by 6" and solve the problem at the earliest. Because we are physically seeing other colonies are replacing pipe but not in our colony.

Sir I have given lot of mails for open nalas cleaning in Bharat Nagar colony Ramanathapur besides Renuakka Yellamma Temple from h.no.3-5/20A sinu house to h.no.3-5/15 laxman house. I open nala has cleaned for half way but remaining has not cleaned Sir, mosquitos and dirty smell is coming. please clean it now a days mosquitos is very dangerious for childrens. sir, coming is rainy season the water will come into the houses.

As a part of road extension opposite to forum mall, Kukatpally many trees are chopped down on the one side of the road.
I request GHMC to kindly move the trees to a safer place instead of cutting them down.
It is our responsibility to save our environment.

Your Excellency, we profoundly request you to please provide a solution to our problem as it is becoming hell in rainy season.

Please see my early complaint Nos.2017-03-W310688 & 310687 dt.5.3.17 and other complain No.2017-04-317562. A message was received informing me that the problem in the complaint is solved. GHMC officials will meet me shortly.Entrested the matter to Mr Sudheer AEE. Visited the location and have gone away. So far no solution. Now it is 18.5.17. If it is delayed further, unfortunately if there is a rain we have to swim in the rain water and the entire houses will become dirty swimming pools. Pl. under stand the situation. Co-operate the Govt. to do better services to the public. There is a proverb DEVUDU VARAMICCHINA POOJARI VARAMIVVADU. (1) ANGATLO ANNI UNNA MANA NOTLO SANI. Respected sir, I am Dr Naveen kumar.resident of Gowtham nagar, Malkajgiri.the roads in Gowtham nagar region are fully destroyed.no one is least bothered .roads are full of incomplete patch works.how can pregnant ladies,children and old age people can go through vehicles or by walk.i kindly request you to take necessary action regarding the same.excepting some great response from you.thank you.

Dear Team,

I am sudhakar, I am a resident of yellareddyguda ameerpet. My address 8-3-823/4. Our neighbors Akula Prasad yadav and his brother Avula rakesh yadav have started their house construction recently. They initially extended and occupies half of the walk-way lane which commutes 5 houses and we all 5 families fought with them and lost the battle because they using un parliamentary words and threathening. Now they occupied 95% of the lane and the lane now has walk way for one person only. The elder people and kids are falling down frequently and we are now worried about lifes. We filed the police complaint, the policer took bribery of 30k from the Akula Prasad yadav and left the place with no action.

This is a matter of Serious concern & requires Immedaite attention as people are facing severe problem on daily basis,
