GHMC 24x7 Grievance Cell: 155304

Citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider,

The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation has launched a 24x7 call centre for grievance redressal. The cell, to be situated at the CMTC building at Banjara Hills, will operate with the number "155304".

Addressing a press conference on Monday, GHMC Mayor Mohammad Majid Hussain and Commissioner M T Krishna Babu said that citizens can reach the call centre number from any service provider, including both landline and mobile numbers.

"The call centre will operate with six seats in each shift, and can be expandable to 10 seats in each shift. The call center can take 60 concurrent calls at any given point of time," it was announced.

The Commissioner said that the call centre would register all types of grievances and provide end-to-end redressal and follow-up with the officers concerned at various levels.

It will have two PRIs with 60 channels live to handle call centre calls, and one additional PRI with 30 channels to handle redundancy.

The data connectivity is through Intranet with a speed of 2 Mbps, and the facility will also have a 24x7 power backup.

Apart from this call centre, grievances can be registered through three other mediums. Citizens can lodge complaints through the website, through the eSeva number on 1100, and during the GHMC's Face2Face programme with citizens. Further, grievances registered through VIPs, including MPs, MLAs, MLCs and corporators, will also be registered with the call centre.

The Mayor and Commissioner said they would personally monitor the functioning of the call centre, which, they claim, is being operated by professional and "highly qualified" personnel. (INN)

This is in regard to street no 9 , Vijaynagar colony Mee Seva lane the sweeper n the person who picks up the waste do not come regularly inspite of many complaints made nothing has been done so far .The road remain unclean n dirty .we have also informed to the supervisor but nothing has been done so far . I request the officials to kindly look in to the matter do the needful help.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of H No 6-2-186 New Bhoiguda, Secunderabad. I am informing to you that drainage manhole in front of my house filled with drained water since 1 week and drained water stagnated in other manholes. So my house water is not passing and stagnated in my house.
I already made the complaint and they took the necessary action but the problem is not solved totally. When that person came to check we specifically requested to check all the lines so that problem will not be repeated but they did not hear they have concentrated on only one line in spite of many requests they did not bother to check one line where again drainage is blocking. When we complained again they told the workers are not willing to take necessary action and told to complaint online so that the pressure will come from superior officers to take necessary action.
Kindly resolve this problem as soon as possible.

Sub: why it is showing arrears for PTIN No. 1060807870, when I paid total tax last year with 5% rebate, Ref. No.F106080787020160426.


Please refer above mentioned subject, I have paid last year full tax in advance, the reference number F106080787020160426, and I want to pay full tax in advance for this current year also with 5% rebate, I could not pay the same online, because, it is showing last year 2nd term arrears and there is no option for 5% rebate for this year tax. I made several requests, since 15 days, how to correct the same, to whom to contact? kindly help me in this regard and allow me to pay the current year tax with 5% rebate by updating the status.

TelecomNagar dustbin picker is not yet coming from seven days in Gachibowli Telecomnagar and the residents are facing lot of problems.You removed bins to throw the wate but all efforts are vain as the dustbin picker not coming and collecting.Poor service.

property tax payment for PTIN No.1060807870 for last year made online. Last year I paid total tax Rs.13232/- on 26.4.2016 with 5% rebate. but it is showing due for second quarter. I enclosed the details in the attachment. Kindly correct the records and allow me to pay current year tax by utilizing 5% rebate (concession). Kindly do needful at the earliest.

we are the residents of H.No:1-9-202/B/4, near edamma temple, ramnagar, hyderabad-500020. from past one week the drainage pipe has strted leaking and we thaought it would get cleared within 2-3 days but their is no progress...and since our water sump is nearer to the leakage area wheneer their is rain we are afraid of the water contamination...we tried to complaint at the water board offfice in musheerabad since, we dint get our water bill number we couldnt lodge a complaint regarding that. please kindly take into notice about the urgency of the situaton and send people to repair the drainge problem

We located at Saroor Nagar Last Bus Stop, Opp: Mahalakshmi Temple. Our Main Hole has been blocked and several time complained. Nobody was taken care. and called to 155304 has not been responded.
Please take appropriate action on it.

The drainage hole can be leaked in Front of cyber gateway at image hospital In high-tech city .then the drainage water flows to the overall the street roads,there no place to walk at the road ,water can be placed in total road .so please take care action about that.
