Vijay Sai In CBI Custody Till 9 Jan

The CBI Special Court granted an extension of custody for Vijay Sai Reddy for further interrogation.

The CBI Special Court, on Wednesday, remanded Jagathi Publications vice chairman and auditor Vijay Sai Reddy to CBI custody till 9 January.

He was arrested in connection with the disproportionate assets case of YSR Congress president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy.

The special court, headed by Justice Naga Maruthi Sarma, granted CBI custody to Vijay Sai Reddy for further questioning regarding the case.

However, the court directed the probing agency to interrogate Vijay Sai Reddy in the presence of his lawyer, from 10am to 5pm.

At the end of the investigation, the court directed the probing agency to send him to Chanchalguda Jail.

The court also directed the agency to provide medical assistance and food to Vijay Sai Reddy during the questioning.

Vijay Sai Reddy is the second person accused in Jaganmohan Reddy's alleged illegal assets case. (INN)

There is nothing wrong in taking vijay sai reddy into custody ,how can crores of rupees floated with a short span of 6 years,its truely a SCAM and looted the govt money as like britishers did.if possible recover all the money and hang him

without questioning..
