CBI Chargesheet: Vijay Sai Files Memo

Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy and auditor Vijay Sai Reddy today filed a memo against the fifth chargesheet filed by the CBI, contending that it is against the Supreme Court's directive.

"The chargesheet filed by the CBI, involving Dalmia Cements, is against the apex court directives," they said, in the memo filed with the Nampally court.

They recalled that the CBI had told the Supreme Court that it would investigate the seven aspects and file a final chargesheet.

Contrary to that statement, it has now filed a chargesheet only on one aspect (Dalmia Cements), he said.

They also urged the court to treat this as the final chargesheet. (INN)
