A youth from Nizamabad joins the list of suicides allegedly committed for the Telangana cause
Hyderabad | 21st January 2010
Naresh, a youth from Kamareddy Weekly Market in Nizamabad killed himself over demands for separate statehood for Telangana today.

This adds to the number of suicides that were allegedly over the cause of Telangana. The body of Venugopal Reddy was found charred at Tagore auditorium, and is believed to be a case of self-immolation. He had, apparently, left a suicide note which mentioned Sonia Gandhi’s name in the formation of a separate state for Telangana.

A first year degree student hailing from Kothakota mandal in Mahabubnagar district, Suvarna, seems to have followed suit after attending a condolence meeting held for Venugopal. She, too, left behind a suicide note saying she couldn’t bear the thought of a separate Telangana not being formed.

P Ravinder was a 40-year-old TRS activist from Warangal who set himself on fire with kerosene, and mentioned the Telangana cause as well as suicides by youth in his suicide note. Anil Kumar, a youth from Nalgonda, killed himself as well.

This is the current fad among the Telugu peoples: whatever the problem (failed in exams, ditched by girlfriend, no pocket money, separate state), they have hit the panacea. I find it extremely difficult to feel sorry for the deceased or their families. Especially for the so touted 'telangana cause', I mean, how exactly is the suicide expected to help: they come back as ghosts and haunt the govt. till they give in??

In all these so called suicides, notes have been "Apparently" left behind ?
This is a load of bunkum.
What a disgusting way to capitalize on somebody's death.
The students are fooling themselves. To hell with KCR and his moronic family.
