We, the under signed residents of the surroundings of the premises No. 16-10-273/2 of old Malakpet submit that one M.A. Sattar and M.A. Jaleel carrying illegal construction without having valid permission from the concerned Town Planning section. It is pertinent to mention here that, whenever some of us started minor repairs the planning section authorities immediately rushed and stopped the work and warned with consequences. But in this instance and particular case neither GHMC Planning Authorities nor anybody is taking any legal action against the above mentioned persons. Therefore it is highly objectionable aspect for non-acting by Municipal authorities. If at all the above person who is carrying illegal construction exempted from Town Planning rules and regulations and allowed to be carry construction. Similarly the other inhabitants also be exempted from the Town Planning rules. Otherwise these complainants will compelled to brought notice the facts to the higher authorities for inaction of the Town planning section circle IV of GHMC. I am a resident of Road.No.8, Habsiguda. The traffic on this road has increased enormously. The road is presently very narrow and can not handle the ever increasing traffic. GHMC may take up widening of road to atleast to 80' on a war footing.
