The YSR Congress legislators on Wednesday stalled the proceedings of the State Legislative Assembly insisting on voting on the draft State Reorganisation Bill.

As soon as the House met at 9am, the YSRCP members rushed to the podium after Speaker Nadendla Manohar disallowed the adjournment motion notices given by the opposition members seeking voting on the Telangana Bill.

Following continuous uproar, the Speaker adjourned the House at about 9.08am for 15 minutes.

However, the House re-assembled only at about 10.15am and the debate on draft Telangana Bill continued. (INN)
