YSR Congress Complains Against DL
YSR Congress Party leaders have alleged that D L Ravindra Reddy has been mudslinging Jaganmohan Reddy, and sought action against the former.

The YSR Congress Party leaders on Tuesday heaped up a bundle of allegations against Health Minister D L Ravindra Reddy, who is contesting against Y S Jaganmohan Reddy for the Kadapa Lok Sabha seat.
The party leaders complained to the Election Commission that Ravindra Reddy has been indulging in mudslinging against Jaganmohan Reddy.
A delegation of YSR Congress Party leaders met Additional Secretary T Dakshina Murthy at the Secretariat on Tuesday and demanded action against the Health Minister for violating the Election Code on various counts.
The leaders also said that the Minister had breached the Code Of Election by convening a press meeting on Tuesday.
Pointing out that Ravindra Reddy had issued malicious statements against Jagan, the leaders demanded that DL be dismissed from the council of ministers.
Vice-President of YSR Congress Party K Shivakumar, who later addressed a media meeting, said that M K Stalin, the Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, who had spoken against AIADMK chief Jayalalithaa, had later tendered his apology to the former. On the same lines, Dr. Ravindra Reddy should also apologise to Jagan, he demanded.
Also, the Congress has sponsored one Basha, a person with a criminal background, to file papers as an independent candidate against Jagan. This decision was opposed by the YSR Congress party leaders, who stated that there were many criminal cases registered against Basha.
Besides, a lot of money has been flowing freely and could be used to influence the voters, they pointed out, and urged the EC to take care of such violations.
Stating that the Health Minister has chosen to malign the image of Jaganmohan Reddy by spreading rumours about the latter, the leaders demanded that the the EC keep a tab on activities that were against the guidelines of the code.
D Srilaxmi Reddy, Nagarjuna and others were also present at the meeting. (INN)
