Jagan And Others Summoned To Court In June

Jagan, Sabitha Indra Reddy and 13 others have been summoned by the CBI special court, and have been asked to appear before it on June 7.

The CBI special court, on Thursday, issued summons to Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, Home Minister Sabitha Indra Reddy, and others in the Dalmia Cements chargesheet.

The court has asked the 15 members to appear before it on June 7.

It has issued a P T warrant (Prisoner's Transit warrant) against Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, asking CBI to present him before the court. Besides the Home Minister, the CBI court has summoned 13 other ministers and political leaders (who have been accused with respect to the Dalmia Cements fraud by the CBI) to appear before it on June 7.
