The CBI, on Friday, interrogated Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, at its temporary headquarters Dilkusha Guest House, for for nearly 8 hours. Jagan is set to be questioned by the CBI on Saturday as well.
The CBI also interrogated Mopidevi Venkata Ramana, Nimmagadda Prasad and K V Brahmananda Reddy, separately.
Jagan is believed to have revealed very little to the CBI team. He was virtually given presidential treatment on his way to Dilkusha. Travelling in his personal bullet-proof vehicle vehicle, he was accompanied by an elaborate convoy, for which the the 7km stretch of his route was cordoned off heavily.
The traffic curbs are to stay in place even on Saturday, as Jagan is being questioned today as well.
The accused were questioned about the VANPIC deal, which included land allotments and GOs made during Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's regime.
Meanwhile, Jagan's supporters went on a rampage in parts of the state, burning RTC buses and damaging even private property.
