Former ministers B Dharmana Prasada Rao and P Sabita Indra Reddy appeared before a CBI special court in connection to the Y S Jaganmohan Reddy's Disproportionate Assets case.
While Dharmana had been named as an accused in the VANPIC case, Sabitha is facing quid pro quo allegations for unlawful allotment of 407 acres of land to Dalmia Cements.
Both were forced to resign from the cabinet after they were named as accused in the CBI chargesheet.
The CBI court, on Monday, also heard petitions pertaining to the Emaar Properties case, and OMC cases.
Meanwhile, the CBI court has adjourned the next hearing on CBI's memo for judicial custody for Sabitha and Dharmana, to July 19. (INN)
