Viveka Murder Case: CBI Gets 6-Day Custody Of Bhaskar Reddy, Uday Kumar Reddy
The CBI, which is investigating the murder of former MP Y S Vivekananda Reddy, has got 6 days' custody of two of the accused, Y S Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy.

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is investigating the sensational murder of former MP Y S Vivekananda Reddy, has got six days' custody of two of the accused, Y S Bhaskar Reddy and Uday Kumar Reddy.
A special CBI court at Nampally passed the orders sending the two accused to CBI custody.
The court passed the orders after hearing the arguments of the counsel for the CBI.
The counsel said that Bhaskar Reddy had hatched a conspiracy a month before the murder.
He also said that Rs 40 crore had been kept ready to execute the plan for the murder, and that of the Rs 40 crore, Rs 4 crore had changed different hands.
The counsel told the court that Reddy was in a position to influence the witnesses in the case, and that the CBI had to arrest him to prevent him from misusing his social status.
The counsel also said that the interrogation of Bhaskar Reddy would bring to the fore several facts about the case, and urged the court to pass orders in their favour.
