TRS Lacks Strength For No Confidence: Congress

Legislative Affairs Minister D Sreedhar Babu on Tuesday slammed the Telangana Rashtra Samithi for proposing a no confidence motion against the Kiran Kumar Reddy government.

Talking to reporters in the Assembly premises, Sreedhar Babu asked the TRS to explain the motives behind wanting to table a no trust vote. He also ridiculed TRS plans, stating that the party lacked the required strength to introduce a no confidence motion. Further, he claimed that the Kiran Kumar Reddy Government was safe, and that it would complete its term till 2014.

Sreedhar Babu also demanded that the Congress party take serious action against those violating party discipline. He said that the party has already begun the process to identify the black sheep in the party. (INN)
