Reiterating that he is against the division of Andhra Pradesh, Law Minister Erasu Pratap Reddy said that the all efforts are being made to reverse the CWC's decision to form a separate Telangana state.
Talking to reporters at the Congress Legislature Party office, Erasu said that the Centre must not take a final decision on the state's bifurcation before addressing issues like jobs and sharing of resources. He said that although the decision was taken by the Congress High Command, he is opposed to the move.
Further, Erasu said that if the division of the state is inevitable, then AP must be trifurcated into Telangana, coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema. (INN)
