3 Brothers Get 10-Year Jail Term In Madhapur Murder
On Nov 18, 2016, a quarrel among four brothers in Siddiqnagar turned fatal as three attacked their cousin with a knife and glass plank, killing him.

A court in Cyberabad today sentenced three brothers to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 2,000 each for the murder of their sibling in a case dating back to 2016.
The VI Additional District and Sessions Court in Kukatpally, presided over by Judge C Pavani, convicted Mahendra Prasad Mishra, Dharmendra Prasad Mishra and Birendra Prasad Mishra under Sections 302 and 323 of the IPC in connection with a case registered at the Madhapur police station.
According to the police, the incident occurred on November 18, 2016, when a quarrel broke out among the four brothers who were staying in a rented room at Siddiqnagar in Madhapur. After hearing disturbances, the house owner and neighbours forced open the door and found Devendra Prasad Mishra lying in a pool of blood with severe throat injuries.
Investigations revealed that the three accused attacked their cousin Devendra with a knife and a window glass plank, leading to his death on the spot.
