The Telangana Vidhyuth JAC on Tuesday condemned the flash strike by the power employees.
Speaking to media persons in Hyderabad, the JAC's Coordinator Raghuveera said that the flash strike had caused a loss of nearly Rs. 200 crores to the State's exchequer.
He said that the power employees should have waited for a week for the completion of the bifurcation process. The employees were permitted to conduct a symbolic agitation during lunch hours till the Appointed Day on June 2, anyway.
Raghuveera said that the government was planning to sell some power-generating machinery, which had to be stopped by the employees. (INN)
