Two Killed As Car In Minister's Convoy Overturns

A vehicle in the convoy of Telangana Minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao overturned on Saturday night, and the driver and the minister's social media in-charge died on the spot.

A vehicle in the convoy of Minister for Panchayat Raj & Rural Development Errabelli Dayakar Rao overturned on the outskirts of Cheetur village under Lingala Ganapuram mandal on Saturday night at around 11.30 pm, and the driver of the vehicle and the minister's social media in-charge died on the spot.

The deceased were identified as Parthasarathi (the driver), 40, and Tangellapalli Poornender (the social media in-charge ), 27.

Three others - the minister's PA Shiva, Personal Security Officer Naresh and attender Tata Rao - sustained injuries.

While Shiva and Naresh were admitted to the Jangaon Area Hospital, Tata Rao was shifted to Gandhi Hospital in Secunderabad.

According to sources, the incident occurred when the minister was going to Palakurthy from Hyderabad.

While the minister was in the first car, the victims were in the second car.
