A grisly road accident that took place at the Neerukulla crossroad on National Highway 163 in Warangal's Atmakuru mandal today resulted in the death of three women, has left seven women severely injured. The carnage was caused by the collision between a vehicle travelling at high speed and an auto-rickshaw.
The auto-rickshaw was carrying 19 people, including the driver. The group was reportedly heading to Rangapuram village in Duggondi mandal for agricultural work.
Three women, who died on the spot, have been identified as Madishetti Sambalakshmi (65), Palakurti Sarojana (55) and Md Mehboobi (50). Meanwhile, the seven injured women were immediately rushed to MGM Hospital. The condition of one is said to be critical.

collision between a lorry and an auto rickshaw on the outskirts of Gudur mandal's Marrimitta village, in Mahabubabad district, had left six natives of Errakunta thanda village dead.
