Top Congress Leaders Upset Over Committees' Constitutions
CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka and official spokesperson Bellaiah Naik were among those who came out publicly today, with the latter even resigning.

The constitution of new State committees for Telangana by the AICC continues to create flutters in the State party unit.
A day after the resignation of senior leader Konda Surekha from the executive member post of the TPCC, CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka today expressed his disappointment over the constitution of various committees of the party in Telangana.
Speaking to media persons after his meeting with the senior leaders of the party, Bhatti said that he too had not been consulted by the party high command before the constitution of the committees.
He said that both the TPCC chief and the CLP leader played important roles in the party, and that he was not aware of the reasons behind the decision of the party high command to not consult him.
He also said that almost none of the senior leaders of the party had been consulted before the committees were formed by the high command.
He said that some of the party leaders had met him and expressed their displeasure over the non-inclusion of their names in the committees, and that he had assured the disgruntled leaders that he would take their complaints to the notice of the high command.
The CLP leader was speaking after meeting senior leaders of the party including M Kodanda Reddy, V Hanumantha Rao, Maheswara Reddy and some OU leaders at his residence.
Meanwhile, senior leader Bellaiah Naik quit from as official spokesperson protesting the decision of the party high command to not nominate him to any of the party's new committees.
Naik said that he was quitting from the post protesting the decision of the party.
Konda Surekha also wrote an open letter to TPCC chief Revanth Reddy expressing her displeasure over being ignored for appointment to the Political Affairs Committee of the party. She said that keeping her out was nothing but insulting her.
