Telangana Minister for Education Sabitha Indra Reddy announced the 2023 SSC public examination results today.
The pass percentage for regular students in the exams was 86.6, with 88.53% of girls and 84.68% of boys passing.
The pass percentage in the private category was 44.51.
Nirmal district stood first with a pass percentage of 99, while Komaram Bheem Asifabad district was second at 98.7%. Vikarabad district recorded the lowest pass percentage at 59.46.
Reddy said that the advanced supplementary exams would be held during June 14 to 22, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Students needing and wishing to take the exams should pay the fee in their respective schools by May 26.
She also said that the recounting facility was being offered to students, and that those students who would like to opt for it should pay Rs 500 in the State Bank of India and submit the challan to the SSC Board. DDs were not allowed for payment for recounting, and students may pay only in the form of challans, the minister said.
Expressing regret over the suicides of some students for failing to clear the Intermediate examinations, the minister appealed to the failed students not to worry about the results, and said that they could always work hard for the supplementary exams and clear the papers.
