The Telangana SSC Public Exams results were declared today.
According to Principal Secretary (Education) Burra Venkatesham who released the results here, the overall pass percentage in the exams was 91.31.
As usual, girls have done better than boys. 93.23% of girls and 89.42% of boys passed in the examination. Nirmal district topped with a 99.05% pass rate, and Vikarabad ranked last with 65.10%.
Venkatesham said that a total of 3,927 schools in Telangana have achieved 100% results, and that 8,883 students got a 10/10 GPA.
He said that the supplementary examinations would be conducted between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM from June 3 to 14.
The students are have an opportunity to seek recounting and reverification of their papers for 15 days from Tuesday. The fees can be paid to the respective school Principals before May 16. Rs 500 needs to be paid for recounting, and Rs 1,000 for reverification.
The SSC exams were conducted from March 18 to April 2, and a total of 5,05,813 students appeared.
