RTC Bus Stolen From CBS

Yes, words fail us. They failed the Telangana transport minister, too.
Hyderabad | 25th April 2019
In the wake of the theft of a TSRTC Metro Express Bus (AP11 Z6254) belonging to Kushaiguda bus depot from the Central Bus Station on Wednesday, Transport Minister V Prashanth Reddy took serious note of the negligence of the officials concerned and inadequate security at the bus station, and ordered adequate security arrangements at all the bus stations in the city.

At a high-level meeting, the minister expressed his displeasure at the negligence of the staff concerned, and ordered the top officials of the TSRTC to enquire about the incident thoroughly and initiate tough action against those responsible for the theft of the bus. He also spoke over the phone with Hyderabad Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar to get an investigation kicked off immediately and to get the missing bus traced.

TSRTC officials also lodged a complaint with the police about the disappearance of the bus. They also alerted all the toll plazas and highway patrol police teams in all the districts to trace the bus.
