Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy on Thursday made it clear that the Telangana Government would conduct the intermediate examinations separately.
Speaking to media persons in the State Secretariat, the minister said that Telangana had its own Board of Intermediate Education, and the required infrastructure, faculty and staff to conduct the inter exams. Therefore, there was no need for the government to agree to conduct joint examinations along with Andhra Pradesh.
Jagadish Reddy said that the State Government would take a decision that suited the interests of Telangana's students. (INN)
