Engineering Seats Allotted, 22,679 Seats Left Vacant

The state government today announced that the process of engineering colleges' seats' counselling was over.

The state government today announced that the process of engineering colleges' seats' counselling was over.

Officials said that 57,177 seats had been filled, and that 22,679 seats were left vacant.

This time 4,674 engineering seats were filled in the EWS quota, they added.

177 B. Pharm. and 223 D. Pharm. seats had also been filled, they said.

Exams convenor Navin Mittal asked the students who got seats to join their respective colleges by November 26.

The government also released the schedule for Edcet and other entrance exams.

The allotment of B. Ed. seats would be complete by the 24th of December, and classes would begin on December 30, officials said.

Likewise, they said that the allotment of LLB and LLM seats would be complete by the 17th of December, and classes would begin on December 27.
