EAMCET, ICET, ECET, Other Entrance Tests Schedule

All the common entrance tests for Telangana will be held in May next year.

Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) Chairman Papi Reddy today announced the schedule for common entrance tests in 2020.

At a press conference, Reddy said that ECET 2020 would be held on May 2, EAMCET for engineering courses on May 5, 6 and 7, and EAMCET for agriculture and pharmacy courses on May 9 and 11 respectively.

PECET would be held on May 13, ICET on 20 and 21, EDCET 2020 on May 23, LAWCET and PG LAWCET on 25, and PGECET from 27 to 30, he added.

Thus, all the common entrance tests for Telangana will be held in May next year.

The results of all these examinations will be out by June 15, and the process of admissions will be completed by July.

Reddy said that there would be no clashes with any national level exams.

He also said that JNTUH would hold ECET and EAMCET, MGU Nalgonda would hold PCET, KU Warangal would hold ICET, and OU Hyderabad, EDCET, LAWCET, PGLAWCET and PGECET.

On a separate topic, Reddy said that the process of appointment of Vice-Chancellors to different universities was going on.
