Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka alleged that Telangana Governor E S L Narasimhan had left his duty of the protection of the constitution to the wind.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Thursday, Vikramarka alleged that both Chief Ministers K Chandrashekar Rao and N Chandrababu Naidu were looting the states.
He said that the Telangana government had divided the wards of the GHMC unscientifically. He also charged the TRS with influencing the other political parties' MLAs to get them to join the ruling party, he slammed. And the Governor was turning a Nelson's eye to all of this, he lamented.
Speaking separately to the media at Nizamabad, TPCC president Uttam Kumar Reddy alleged that the TRS had become a "family party", and that the people were vexed with KCR's rule. The TRS was least bothered about the farmers, and was neglecting social justice, he railed. (NSS)
