The ongoing budget session of the Telangana State Legislative Assembly has been extended till November 29.
The decision was taken during the meeting of the Business Advisory Committee held in Speaker Madhusudhana Chary's chambers in the Assembly's premises on Friday.
The Legislative Assembly and the Council are both likely to discuss the Appropriation Bill on November 28.
The TDP members boycotted the BAC meeting.
According to sources, Leader of the Opposition K Jana Reddy and BJP floor leader Dr K Lakshman raised the issue of the TRS members not allowing TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy to speak in the House. However, Legislative Affairs Minister T Harish Rao made it clear that Revanth Reddy would not be allowed to speak unless he tendered an apology for his remarks against Nizamabad MP K Kavitha. (INN)
