The Telangana Anti-Corruption Bureau has released the remand report of the prime accused in the Rs 1.10-crore bribery case, Keesara MRO Nagaraju.
Several interesting facts have come to light in the remand report.
The report said that the MRO had entered into an agreement with the complainants to hand over 19.39 acres of land located at Rampally Dayara to them.
Another accused in the case, Anji Reddy, had acted as the middleman, and one Srinath Yadav had arranged the bribe amount.
It is learnt that the MRO had met the complainants at the residence of a friend of Anji Reddy.
The report said that the ACB, acting on the credible information, conducted the raids and arrested the four accused at the same residence, and had also seized a Fortuner of Anji Reddy and a Volkswagen of Srinath.
The officials also seized a 65-page representation letter of Congress MP A Revanth Reddy, besides other documents.
