TDP MLA P Keshav on Tuesday announced that the Seemandhra legislators from his party are willing to support the YSR Congress Party to stop division of Andhra Pradesh.
Speaking to media persons at the Assembly's media point, Keshav said that the TDP and YSRCP had sent notices to Speaker Nadendla Manohar, seeking a resolution in the House to reject the State Reorganisation Bill.
He said Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy had also sent a similar notice under Rule 77 to the Speaker.
Keshav said that the Speaker could accept any or all 3 notices and place them in the House for consideration.
"This would enable voting on the Telangana Bill," he opined.
