TDP MLA Krishnaiah Showers Praise On KCR, KTR

Telangana TDP MLA R Krishnaiah today heaped praises on Chief Minister KCR and "youthful minister KTR" while participating in the discussion on the motion of thanks to the Governor for his address to the legislature.

The TDP and BC leader said that KCR had created history by achieving statehood for Telangana, and added that he also deserved encomiums for the efforts he had been making to develop the state. He also said that the efforts by KCR for BC welfare were remarkable. The CM should create more and greater history by developing the state on all fronts, he said.

Krishnaiah then praised KTR saying that he was showing great initiative for the development of the industrial sector in the state. He also had a word of praise for the TRS MPs who were fighting in Parliament for reservations, and extended his support for the same.

He requested the government to take appropriate steps for the welfare of the SC, ST and BC communities. He opined that reservation for STs could be increased through a GO by the state government, and added that the government should take an early decision in the matter after discussions with officials.

He also wanted the government to fill in the Group IV vacancies in the state.
