YSRCP chief Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy today alleged that the TDP's leaders had created an atmosphere of panic across Andhra Pradesh after their party's victory.
"With the attacks of the TDP across the State, there is an atmosphere of panic. Even before the formation of their party's government, the TDP's gangs are roaming around and destroying village secretariats everywhere. Two properties have already been destroyed. Leaders of the YSRCP are not safe or protected any more. Under pressure from the ruling party, the police system has become dull. The law and order situation, which has been strong for the last five years, has been completely damaged now," Jagan tweeted on his X (Twitter) handle.
He urged the Governor to immediately respond on the news reports of violence and take take steps for the protection of people's lives and property, and the property of the government. He also said that the YSRCP would extend all possible support to all its party leaders and activists who faced violent attacks from the TDP leaders.
