Launching a scathing attack on the TRS government, Telangana TDP official spokesperson Nannuri Narsireddy alleged that Chief Minister K Chandashekar Rao had become famous for not fulfilling the promises he made to the public.
Challenging KCR to come forward for an open debate, the TDP leader said, "Is KCR ready for a debate on how many promises he made and how many of them he has fulfilled?"
He pooh-poohed KCR's claim that 90% of the corruption in politics had come down. Contrary to KCR's claim, Nannuri said that there were talks that KCR's own family was getting 90% of the money from corruption while the remaining 10% was left for the other TRS leaders involved in the corruption.
Nannuri asked whether KCR was ready for a CBI probe into the alleged irregularities in Mission Kakatiya and the Water Grid project, and would make public who shared the money dumped by slain gangster Nayeemuddin.
He lamented that the TRS government had still not waived the loans of farmers or released funds for the fee imbursement arrears. The government was also not providing the required facilities in the government hospitals, resulting in many poor patients losing their lives, he claimed.
