TDP leader Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, on Monday, alleged that the present Assembly has failed to utilise even 30% of the time to discuss the issues concerning common people.
Speaking to media personnel at the Assembly's media point, Chandrasekhar Reddy said that the Assembly has met for 205 days in the last five years. However, he opined, not even 30% of the time was spent on debates, and that the rest of the time was wasted on uproar and protests.
Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy alleged that the congress government had never shown any seriousness in discussing the problems being faced by the people.
Chandrasekhar Reddy also rejected the Vote-on-Account budget for the year 2014-15 saying that it lacked clarity on all the issues. (INN)
