Sanathnagar MLA and TDP Greater Hyderabad President Talasani Srinivas Yadav called on Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at the latter's camp office on Monday.
Although Talasani met the Chief Minister over the problems being faced by the residents of IDH Colony, the meeting strengthened the rumours that he might quit the TDP to join the TRS.
Neither the Chief Minister nor Talasani spoke anything on this issue.
Meanwhile, KCR assured he would resolve the problems of the residents of IDH Colony, and assured them he would to visit their colony.
However, sources indicated that Talasani's visit on Monday was a prelude to his exit from the TDP.
He was upset with the TDP ever since he was denied the post of TDP floor leader in the Telangana Assembly. Therefore, he is learnt to have accepted the invitation of TRS leaders to join their party, and is believed to have been offered a berth in the State Cabinet. (INN)
