Skywalk Planned Along Raidurgam - T-Hub Stretch

Authorities have proposed a skywalk along the busy Raidurgam - T-Hub corridor to enhance pedestrian safety and reduce traffic congestion in Hyderabad's IT hub.
Cyberabad Police Commissioner M Ramesh inspected the proposed alignment along with senior officials today.
Senior police and traffic officials, representatives of the SCSC, and members from Raheja Mindspace, including COO Shrawan Gone, Sattva's Peeyush Aggarwal, Divyasree's Anurag and Phoenix Group's Srikanth Badiga, were present during the inspection.
As per reports, the Phase-I project includes a 500-metre skywalk connecting the Raidurgam metro station to T-Hub, along with a 400-metre underpass linking T-Hub and Mindspace C-Gate. Officials estimate that the project could reduce traffic congestion by nearly 30%.
Proposed to be developed with support from the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) and private stakeholders under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) mode, the project aims to create a safe and continuous pedestrian network for IT professionals and commuters, with future extensions planned.
Among the officials who participated in the site visit were Kukatpally DCP Ritiraj, Serilingampally Traffic DCP Ranjan Ratan Kumar, Madhapur Traffic DCP Sai Kumar, Traffic ADCP Hanumantha Rao, Madhapur Traffic ACP Chandrasekhar Reddy, Madhapur Traffic Inspector Sridhar Kumar and Raidurgam Traffic Inspector Pawan.
