Sharmila Seeks Congress, BJP Support For Joint Protests

YSRTP founder-president Y S Sharmila today called upon Opposition party leaders including TPCC chief Revanth Reddy and BJP State president Bandi Sanjay Kumar, and sought their support to hold joint protests against the BRS-led State government.

She also urged them to join her in giving a joint call for a protest program named "Pragathi Bhavan March" to fight together on behalf of the unemployed youth.

She said that there was a need for all the Opposition parties to come on to one platform to fight against CM K Chandrashekar Raa, and warned them that KCR would not allow the survival of the Opposition parties if he was not taught a lesson.

Sharmila said that Bandi Sanjay had extended his party's support to her proposal, and that the two of them, would soon meet to discuss a plan of action.

She said that Revanth Reddy too was positive, and had said that the Congress would take a decision on her proposal after holding a discussion.
