BJP state president Bandi Sanjay today came down heavily on Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao for blaming the BJP for the halting of the Dalit Bandhu scheme in the Huzurabad Assembly constituency.
He dared the Chief Minister to come to the Yadadri temple and prove his allegations that the BJP was responsible for the suspension of the scheme.
He also said that the CM should resign if he failed to prove his allegations.
He made these remarks while addressing a gathering during the ongoing election campaign in Huzurabad.
Bandi also said that he was ready to prove that it was in fact the TRS that was behind the suspension of the scheme, and that the ruling party had come up with the false campaign after finding out that it was going to lose the by-election.
He claimed that KCR would now have a case filed in court through his men to ensure that Dalit Bandhu was not implemented.
He told the people that the BJP would however force the CM to implement all the welfare schemes in Telangana including Dalit Bandhu if they voted for his party in the elections.
He also claimed that the end of the rule of the TRS in Telangana had begun.
Bandi campaigned for the party candidate Etela Rajender in the villages of Jammikunta Rural including Ankushapur and Madipally.
