Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao asserted in the Telangana Assembly that the state government was not just availing itself of loans, but also taking steps for their repayment, and that the state government would repay loans of Rs 20,000 crores this year.
The CM stated this while intervening during the discussion on the Appropriation Bill in the House.
He also declared that the state's financial condition was now sound with the growth rate being 15%.
